Reverse Hyperextension

How to

Machine
  1. 1 Lie face down on the pad, hips at the edge, legs hanging.
  2. 2 Swing the legs up until they line up with the torso.
  3. 3 Lower under control.

Tips

  • Lift the legs with the glutes and stop when they line up with the torso.
  • Hold the handles firmly so the upper body stays still.
  • Light loads and 10 to 20 reps.

Common mistakes

  • Swinging the legs far past the torso.
  • Letting the legs drop fast.
  • Heavy loads moved with momentum.
