Terms of use
Volu(me) is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement. Pro is an optional purchase through the App Store, as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Training decisions are yours.
The license
Volu(me) is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those terms apply in full; the sections below add what is specific to Volu(me).
The free app
Everything about training in Volu(me) is free: plans, workouts, sessions, statistics, records, the rest timer and the backup to Files. There is no trial and nothing expires.
Volu(me) Pro
Pro is an optional purchase that adds connections to other services: iCloud sync, restore from a backup file, Siri and Shortcuts, and Apple Health once it is available. A connection that is not yet available is shown as “Coming soon” in the app and is not sold.
Pro is offered in two forms:
- Pro Monthly, an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings at any time; cancelling stops future charges and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Pro Lifetime, a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro permanently on the Apple Account that bought it.
Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency and may differ by country. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy. Purchases can be restored on a new device with “Restore Purchases” in the app.
Your data and your responsibility
Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud. You are responsible for keeping backups; the app offers a free backup to Files for that purpose. Volu(me) is a logbook, not medical or coaching advice. Training decisions, loads and technique are yours, and you use the app at your own risk.
Availability and changes
The app may change over time; features may be added, changed or removed with an update. We may end sale of Pro or of the app at any time; a lifetime purchase keeps working in the versions that exist at that point.
