  To change your selected unit, go to:
  Settings → General → Language & Region → Measurement System
• How do I start a new workout?
  Tap "Start workout" on the home screen, spin the wheel to select your current rep weight, and tap the wheel as many times as the number of reps you executed.
• Is any of my data stored online?
  No. All your content is kept on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
• Does the app collect analytics?
  Yes, but only anonymously. We use PostHog to track usage events like button clicks—never any personal data.
